Terms of Purchase

 

The Consumer Contracts Regulations allows you to cancel any online purchase/subscription/enrolment within 14 days of purchase. However, you are liable for any costs incurred in the meantime (in our case this would be the cost of insurance and materials which is 50% of the overall fee - at present, £125). If a service is provided in full within 14 days the right to cancel can be lost during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.  

Any course cancellations within 24 hours of purchase will be fully refunded through PayPal, minus the PayPal fees we incur.

If you do wish to cancel your place, you can contact us at joelblacksmith@yahoo.com and we will talk you through the process.

If you wish to transfer your course to another date, please give us at least two weeks notice, and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some circumstances we may be fully booked, in which case you will need to wait for the next round of courses to be announced.

Please respect that we are a small business and that we often work at a fine margin, so try to be sure you cant to come when you book your place.
